O3 or ozone has 5 functions in nature

1.Sterilization

2.Detoxification

3.Preservation

4.Deodorization

5.Bleaching

In air, what we can do by O3? It is sterilization. but in order to meet sterilization effect, CO3 must reach a certain value, 20mg/m3, and the concentration keeps 30 mins at least in air. then 99.99% microorganism can be degraded, killed and removed.

Please note that the CO3 in air we often say is resting concentration. As in air, ozone (O3) to oxygen (O2), Ozone decomposes in air at normal temperature, normal pressure, and its half-life is about 15-30 minutes.

A compete ozone system has air compressor, air tank, oil fitler, filter, refrigerant dryer, absorbing dryer, relieve valve, oxygen machine and ozone generator.

 Why we choose to make flyback transformer seperated from circuit board?

    1 the current on panel, which has everthing to do with ozone concentration, is easy to suffer from flyback fransformer affection

    2 the digital on panel is often flash and not easy to see. 

    3 the cost of circuit and flyback on one board is lower.
