The operation of the program-controlled paper cutter pusher is realized by a dedicated control system. The operation of the pusher is driven by a drive screw to drive a special encoder, which is measured by detecting the steering and revolution of the lead screw. The program-controlled paper cutter can program the number of the tool to be cut and locked and the corresponding size according to the needs of the product, and input it into the single board machine. When working, the equipment compares the size sent by the encoder with the size in the program according to the order of the tool number. When the two are equal, the paper pusher is stopped, the knife is automatically cut, and the cutting work of the product is automatically completed.
